Associate professor and PhD
I am an associate professor at the Aarhus School of Business and teach interpreting studies to master students. My area of research is court interpreting and in 2002 I was awarded the PhD degree on the basis of my thesis on court interpreting: Pragmatic meaning in court interpreting: An empirical study of additions in consecutively-interpreted question-answer dialogues.

State-authorized translator and interpreter
I have a master’s degree in translation and interpreting from the Aarhus School of Business and was certified to use the title ‘state-authorized translator and interpreter’ by the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency in 1994.

As a state-authorized translator and interpreter I am bound to observe professional secrecy at all times.
